I’ve always found it interesting that one piece of contradictory evidence written 270 years after the fact garners more attention than the supporting evidence, which exists in a much higher volume and with much more agreement. It can only lead me to conclude that there is a certain group of people who are more interested in proving the stories of Jesus to be incorrect, than to actually examine the evidence with a lucid and reasonable mind.
